Stargate Behavioral Health Services LLC is designated as a Behavioral Health Residential Facility by the Arizona Department of Health Services. We serve adults (18+) with behavioral health issues and mental illness.
We specialize in the residential treatment of mental illness with intensive psychotherapy and a broad range of behavioral health services. Our services are offered in a completely voluntary continuum of care that includes residential, inpatient, and outpatient services.
